At Hekonix S.R.L. ("Hekonix", "we") we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through hekonix.com, what we use it for and what your rights are, in accordance with Dominican Law No. 172-13 on personal data protection.

2. Data we collect
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone, the service you're interested in, estimated budget and the message you write to us.
- WhatsApp and email: the data you choose to share when contacting us through those channels.
- Technical data: the IP address the form is sent from, to prevent abuse and spam.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.
3. What we use it for
- Replying to your request and preparing a proposal.
- Following up on the business conversation you started.
- Protecting the site against automated or abusive submissions.
We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it with providers of services we need to operate (for example, hosting and email), and when required by law.
4. Basis and retention
We process your data with your consent, given when you submit the form or contact us. We keep it for as long as the business relationship lasts or until you ask us to delete it, unless a legal obligation requires keeping it longer.
5. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to information.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, update or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to proyectos@hekonix.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
